Beth is the Founder and Head Coach of Lift Club. Beth is your go to girl if you need to know anything about Lift Club, I mean after all, she should know!
Beth has a passion for feeling as functional as she can, and really lives for our term: Lift Heavy, Move Fast.
Beth has a breadth of knowledge across lots of training types, but has always stood true to the fact that progressive, individualised training is where the magic happens.

Jasmin is one of our Senior Coaches here at Lift Club. Jas is always on hand to meet you where you're at, and provide you with the environment you'll feel best in.
Jas is a keen marathon runner herself, and in turn knows how imperative coached, progressive strength training is to enhance not just physical strength, but protection from injury, quality of life and of course, the fun that it can bring too.
Expect a wealth of knowledge from Jas in each and every session.

Nic didn’t grow up in the fitness industry, he actually worked in a corporate role until my early 30s.
He knows what it feels like to sit at a desk all day, feel low on energy, and wonder if you'll ever feel truly confident in a gym environment. Making the shift into personal training wasn’t just a career change; it was a decision to help people feel stronger, more capable and more confident in themselves.
Nic's coaching style is supportive but progressive. He focuses on building solid foundations, celebrating small wins, and helping people achieve things that once felt out of reach. Whether that’s running a first half marathon, completing a HYROX, or simply walking into the gym without feeling intimidated, he knows those moments matter.

Charles Edmondson is a specialist physiotherapist with an extensive background in elite sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
In addition to his clinic at Lift Club, he serves as a senior physiotherapist at Nuffield Health Leeds and within the Leeds United Football Club academy. Working alongside world-class consultants and sports medicine doctors, Charles provides expert oversight for complex post-operative recovery, proactive injury prevention, and precision-led clinical care.
Whether navigating a sports injury, recovering from surgery, or seeking a comprehensive full-body functional screening,
Charles delivers a bespoke experience. Every treatment plan is meticulously tailored to your unique physiology and performance goals, ensuring an effective and long-term path to peak physical health and athletic performance.
